Our story
Deals are won on speed. People can't answer at 11 PM. AI can.
ROI-Muse began as ROI-Muse Academy, a commercial real estate training and coaching program founded in Dallas by Joseph James, CCIM. Over the years we helped agents, brokers and investors learn leasing, investing and deal analysis, and gave them software to run their pipeline.
Along the way we saw the same problem over and over: good professionals losing good leads to missed calls, slow replies and follow-ups that never happened. Not because they lacked skill, but because there are only so many hours in a day.
So we built the fix. Today ROI-Muse combines AI voice agents, chat assistants and automation with our AI-powered CRM, analysis tools and coaching, one connected system for growing a real estate business, or any business that lives on its leads.

Joseph holds the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and an MBA, with deep experience in commercial leasing, tenant representation, retail, industrial and multifamily investment. He leads ROI-Muse Academy's coaching and courses, and shapes how our AI agents think about qualifying real estate leads.
